District buildings are available for public use.  To reserve one of our facilities, please print and complete the appropriate form below.  We do request a two week advance notice if possible.

Charges (where appropriate) will be billed following the conclusion of your event.  If you have questions regarding the cost of using one of our facilities you can refer to the policy listed below or call our Buildings & Grounds Department at 608-524-4359.

Building Use - 

Facility Use Form - use this form if you would like to reserve space in any one of our school buildings (including the Central Office).  Complete the form and send to the appropriate building principal for approval.

CAL Center Use -

CAL Center Reservation Form - use this form if you would like to reserve the CAL Center.  Complete the form and send to the CAL Center Coordinator located at the high school.
