Jeff Bindl, joined the School District of Reedsburg, as Director of Special Education and Pupil Services, in August 2009. He also coordinates the district's four-year-old kindergarten program.
Jeff is a 1990 graduate from Middleton High School in Middleton, Wisconsin. He earned his B.S. degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration, from U.W. Platteville in 1994. He earned his M.S. Ed. Degree in School Psychology in 1999 and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (specialist level) in School Psychology from U.W. La Crosse in 2001. Jeff completed his educational leadership certification program at Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, in 2005. Jeff completed his Superintendent certification through Viterbo University in La Crosse in 2015.
Prior to coming to the School District of Reedsburg, Jeff served for nine years as School Psychologist/Director of Pupil Services for the Mineral Point Unified School District. At Mineral Point, Jeff also served as the varsity defensive football coach and summer school co-coordinator. Prior to that, He was a long term substitute School Psychologist for the School District of Sparta and completed his practicum work in school psychology in the School District of La Crosse. Additionally, Jeff has four years experience as an outpatient AODA Counselor and experience providing residential and community based program support for adults with chronic mental illness and developmental disabilities. He has also been involved with the Families and Schools Together (FAST) program in the school districts of Phillips and Park Falls. Jeff also served as a member of the Long Term Support Advisory Committee for Price County, Wisconsin and the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for Sauk County, Wisconsin. The ARC of Southwestern Wisconsin named Jeff the 2006 Outstanding Educator. In 2007, Jeff was recognized as the Wisconsin School Psychologist of the Year.

Jeff has held long time membership in the Wisconsin School Psychologist’s Association (WSPA), the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), and the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA). He is a current member of the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators (AWSA), and is a member of the Plain Lion’s Club.
Jeff and his wife, Sandee, a social worker for Sauk County Human Services, have two children, Jacob, 18 years old, is a Freshman at U.W. - Platteville, and Brett, 17 years old, is a Senior at River Valley High School.
