District buildings are available for public use. All reservations must be made electronically, and all communication regarding your reservation will be handled electronically, including approvals and billing.
Costs to reserve a facility
District Policy 7510 outlines the costs associated with renting our facilities. To review the cost breakdown, be sure to search for this specific policy number.
How to reserve facility space
- To begin your request, go to the rSchool website. If you have not previously reserved space through this system, you must first “Become a Requestor." Once you have been accepted as a requestor (you will receive an email verifying this), you can then create and log into your account.
- Complete the online request form.
- Submit your request.
- You will receive an email indicating whether your request was approved or denied.
- Upon approval, an electronic contract will be sent to you via email. Please sign the contract and include the PIN you created for your account.
- If you are to be billed for the space, you will receive an electronic invoice via email a few days after your event.
