The ACT Aspire® test is a Wisconsin-mandated examination. It is designed to provide information about student performance in core academic areas (English, Reading, Writing, Math and Science). This exam is very important to RAHS because it provides data to assist us in evaluating our performance in meeting our educational mission. Individual student scores will be compared at a local, state and national level. This information is then used to support curriculum and instructional planning and also serves as a measure of accountability for schools and districts.
- ASPIRE is developed by ACT; therefore, this timed test is helpful practice for the many future exams students will take in high school, college or military. Those who plan to attend a four-year college or some two-year college programs will benefit greatly from these ACT practice tests before progressing to their junior year.
- Test Preparation Resources:
- ACT Aspire is an online assessment in Wisconsin except for students who require accommodations through Braille, Large Print or American Sign Language who will take ACT Aspire in a paper and pencil format.
- Cost: FREE
- This exam is given to students in grades 9 and 10.
