To register, please download, print, and complete the CLC Registration Form (en Español). Completed forms may be emailed to Allyson Cummings, CLC coordinator, at acummings@rsd.k12.wi.us or mailed to Allyson Cummings, Community Learning Center, Pineview Elementary School, 1121 8th St., Reedsburg, WI 53959.
Permission Slips
CLC participants will occasionally take field trips to locations throughout the community. Parents or guardians will need to sign special permission slips for these events.
