The Household Application form for Free & Reduced Price school meals for the 2024-2025 school year is now available. Please read the instructions and Frequently Asked Questions, then PRINT, FILL OUT, and RETURN the Application Form to the School District of Reedsburg Food Service office, located at 1121 8th Street, Reedsburg, WI, 53959.
Paper applications will be available during the In-Person Attendance portion of the Student Registration process at the Reedsburg Area High School.
