Students are clustered in groups of 16 or less with an adult youth coach and a high school-age youth tutor. Daytime teachers also work as youth coaches. Youth coaches customize activities for each group to provide students with things they enjoy that improve the skills they need. Youth tutors assist with activities and provide more support to students.
