Last Updated April 14, 2025 - Online registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. New students to the school district can enroll online using the following link: 4K & Kindergarten Registration. Instructions for online registration can be found on the District website under Family Resources, New Student Online Registration. If you need assistance or a computer to register, please visit the Central Office, located at 501 K Street, Reedsburg, WI 53959, or call (608) 524-2016. Current 4K students will bring home a Kindergarten registration letter/form for parents to complete and return to their 4K teacher. You will not need to complete the online registration process. Building and classroom assignments will also be sent home to parents. 4K Child Development Day: Becoming a Beaver! You are invited to our Reedsburg 4K Child Development and Registration Day on Monday, May 12, 2025. This event is for any child who plans to attend 4K in the Fall of 2025. Begin your child's journey of becoming a Reedsburg Beaver by attending this fun event! You will have the opportunity to: - Meet experienced educators and professionals who will observe your child's development in areas like speech, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Fill out 4K enrollment forms if applicable.
- Complete your child's online developmental screening.
- Connect with other parents and caregivers in our community.
- All while your child plays! - A fun photo opportunity will also be provided.

No matter their role in the district, our staff members dedicate their lives to help change the lives of children every day, and their work and impact extend far beyond the boundaries of the school buildings. Students are welcome to participate in any or one of the following events at Prairie Ridge Intermediate School. (this is optional) May 5 Bring in a flower for your teacher May 6 Bring a healthy snack for the Art, Music, Library, Guidance, or Physical Education teacher, or a Special Staff Member May 7 Show appreciation for your teacher by bringing a beverage, such as a tea bag, cocoa mix, juice box, or bottle of water May 8 Honor a staff member with a sweet treat, to remember one of the wonderful Teacher's Paras, Office Staff, Custodians, or Food Service Helpers that help at school May 9 Write a note of appreciation to your teacher or another staff member --------------------------- - próxima semana Mayo 5-9 es la Semana de Agradecimiento a los Maestros/Personal. The money raised from these collections is used to fund a variety of projects for students at Prairie Ridge Intermediate School. Collection bins are located across from the Prairie Ridge Office. - Box Tops for Education - now has a new process. Download their Mobile App. Buy Products. Scan Your Receipt - within 14 days of purchase. Earn Money for Prairie Ridge Intermediate School. Some products that still have Box Tops on them that you may cut out, collect, and turn in to the Prairie Ridge Office. Here is the list of Participating Companies and Eligible Products.
- Viking Village Grocery Receipts - We receive 1% of gross sales of groceries from receipts. Viking Village is the only grocery store that participates in this program.
- Recycle Beyond The Bag - Recycle your household plastic bags and wraps: produce & bread bags, plastic grocery & shopping bags, cereal box liners, ice bags, Ziploc & other re-closable bags, case over-wraps, newspaper sleeves, dry cleaning bags, bubble wrap.
