Last Updated April 14, 2025 - Online registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. New students to the school district can enroll online using the following link: 4K & Kindergarten Registration. Instructions for online registration can be found on the District website under Family Resources, New Student Online Registration. If you need assistance or a computer to register, please visit the Central Office, located at 501 K Street, Reedsburg, WI 53959, or call (608) 524-2016.

Current 4K students will bring home a Kindergarten registration letter/form for parents to complete and return to their 4K teacher. You will not need to complete the online registration process. Building and classroom assignments will also be sent home to parents. 

4K Child Development Day: Becoming a Beaver!

You are invited to our  Reedsburg 4K Child Development and Registration Day on Monday, May 12, 2025. This event is for any child who plans to attend 4K in the Fall of 2025. 

Begin your child's journey of becoming a Reedsburg Beaver by attending this fun event!  You will have the opportunity to:

• Meet experienced educators and professionals who will observe your child's development in areas like speech, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
• Fill out 4K enrollment forms if applicable.  
• Complete your child's online developmental screening.
• Connect with other parents and caregivers in our community.
• All while your child plays! - A fun photo opportunity will also be provided.

May 5 Bring in a flower for your teacher

May 6 Bring a healthy snack for the Art, Music, Library, Guidance, or Physical Education teacher, or a Special Staff Member

May 7 Show appreciation for your teacher by bringing a beverage, such as a tea bag, cocoa mix, juice box, or bottle of water

May 8 Honor a staff member with a sweet treat, to remember one of the wonderful Teacher's Paras, Office Staff, Custodians, or Food Service Helpers that help at school

May 9 Write a note of appreciation to your teacher or another staff member

50. próxima semana Mayo 5-9 es la Semana de Agradecimiento a los Maestros/Personal. Nos gustaría que nos ayudarán a honrar a los maravillosos maestros y personal de la Escuela Intermedia Prairie Ridge. No es necesario participar en todos los 5 días, 1 día de su elección será muy apreciado.

Lunes, 5 de Mayo: Estudiantes pueden traer una flor a su maestra(o).

Martes, 6 de Mayo: Lleva una fruta o una botana saludable a un Miembro de Personal Especial, esto puede incluir a una Intervencionista, Maestros de Arte, Música, Biblioteca, Habilidades para la Vida, Educación Física.

Miércoles, 7 de Mayo: Demuestra tu agradecimiento a tu Maestra(o) trayendo una bebida a la escuela. Una bolsa de té, mezcla de cacao, caja de jugo o botellas de agua.

Jueves, 8 de Mayo: Honrar a un miembro del personal con algo dulce, para recordar a las asistentes de maestros, personal de la oficina, conserjes o servicios alimenticios que ayudan en la escuela.

Viernes, 9 de Mayo: Escribe una pequeña nota de agradecimiento a tu maestra(o) o a un miembro del personal.

Esperamos que participe en la Semana de Agradecimiento a los Maestros/Personal.

The book fair will be held in the Prairie Ridge Intermediate School Library from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day, May 1-8.

New digital payment option:  Book Fair eWallett!  Now your student can shop the Fair cash-free!  Visit our Book Fair homepage to learn more and to create an account, or to order online.

Wisconsin schools are required to charge sales tax on all purchases.

Last Updated June 10, 2024 - With your support, collecting the following items listed below greatly helps students at Prairie Ridge Intermediate School. The money raised from these collections is used to fund a variety of projects for students at Prairie Ridge Intermediate School. Collection bins are located across from the Prairie Ridge Office.

• Box Tops for Education - now has a new process.  Download their Mobile App.  Buy Products.  Scan Your Receipt - within 14 days of purchase.  Earn Money for Prairie Ridge Intermediate School.  Some products that still have Box Tops on them that you may cut out, collect, and turn in to the Prairie Ridge Office.  Here is the list of Participating Companies and Eligible Products.
• Viking Village Grocery Receipts - We receive 1% of gross sales of groceries from receipts. Viking Village is the only grocery store that participates in this program.
• Recycle Beyond The Bag - Recycle your household plastic bags and wraps: produce & bread bags, plastic grocery & shopping bags, cereal box liners, ice bags, Ziploc & other re-closable bags, case over-wraps, newspaper sleeves, dry cleaning bags, bubble wrap.  Please make sure all plastic is free of dirt, residue, and food.  Top winners - by weight of plastic turned in - receive prizes from the TREX company. Benches, planter boxes, window planter boxes are a few prizes that have been awarded.  
• Casey's Cash for Classrooms - Use your reward points from Casey's General Store purchases to support our school.  Check it out at www.caseys.com/community -- then select Donate Your Points
• Prairie Ridge No Longer Collects - Campbell's labels, Loves4Learning UPC codes, nor home ink/laser cartridges from copy machines.

Last Updated September 1, 2023 - Board approved student calendars for the 2023-2024 & 2024-25 school years. We aim to stay one full year ahead so families and staff have ample time to prepare for breaks, graduations, etc.
