Career Exploration is an ongoing process. At Webb Middle School, students have many opportunities to take a deeper look at careers and how students can fit into the world of work after high school. One of the resources available is Xello, new to the district in the fall of 2019. Webb students will have their general student information and some profile data transferred from previously completed counseling lessons. Xello contains self-exploration and planning tools to help students achieve their potential in school, career, and life. Users learn about their interests, skills, preferences, and aspirations so they can explore the opportunities right for them which include post-secondary education and workforce requirements.
